Borough New Music – Free lunchtime concerts every Tuesday, focusing on the music of our time, improvisation, and living composers, at St George the Martyr (opposite Borough tube).


Calling Cards Publishing РSouth East London based imprint devoted to publishing artists records, tapes, books, multiples and other printed matter that will channel a specific focus of the intersection between visual and sonic arts. Calling Cards is putting an emphasis on how artists can use publications as an exhibition space.

Contingent Events
– Sporadic concert series coordinated by Tom Mudd focusing on underground electronic artists, improvisation and installation work in different venues around New Cross.

EAVI – A research group focused on embodied interaction with sound and image at Goldsmiths which hosts monthly events at the Amersham Arms, New Cross.

Linear ObsessionalHither Green -ased label for experimental and improvised music from around the globe, and for music that falls between the cracks of category. LinOb also organises monthly concerts at the ArtsCafe, Manor Park, Lewisham

The Lumen Lake – Artist-run label for new and adventurous music from South-East London also hosting bimonthly events.

Noizemaschin!! – Monthly noise and experimental music concert held at the Amersham Arms, New Cross with a focus on short sets and risk taking performances. Acts segue seamlessly from one to the next, creating a continuous musical experience.

Sonic Imperfections – Monthly night of classical, experimental and ambient music held at The Montague Arms, Peckham.

The Surround – Monthly event in Peckham. A place where emerging or established artists can showcase new or experimental work in a warm and welcoming environment.
